Terms and conditions of delivery and purchase in Hong Kong


Article 1 (returned goods)

Peace Maker promises to provide "7-day return and exchange guarantee" from the day the customer receives the product (the date of signing shall prevail).


Article 2 (guarantee by both parties)

After payment confirmation, the shop will confirm the order within one working day. Customers should pay attention to the details of the rules. The customer must abide by the rules, disclaimers, private declarations and use treaties made by the shop. The shop will not process any unreasonable requests that are not issued in accordance with the rules. If the customer has any objections to the rules of the shop or chooses not to accept the treaty of the shop, all transactions will be stopped, cancelled or rejected.


Article 3 (payment of goods)

After placing an order with our shop, you need to pay for the goods immediately in order to arrange delivery as soon as possible.


Article 4 (Hong Kong dollar settlement)

Goods transactions are settled in Hong Kong dollars. If your credit card or other transaction system is not settled in Hong Kong dollars, please check Stripe / paydollar for the exchange rate or check with the relevant banking institution.


Article 5 (handling fee)

If Stripe / paydollar or a banking institution imposes any fees on you, please inquire with Stripe / paydollar or a banking institution. The shop will not bear any handling fees.


Article 6 (After order payment)

After the order is paid, no modifications, mergers, etc. can be made.


Article 7 (shipment)

Under normal circumstances, the spot goods will be shipped within 1-2 working days after the store successfully receives the payment. If the delivery location is a place where the transportation of the store cannot be directly reached, the store will only provide a limited delivery service. If there is no elevator or elevator in the delivery location, our store can only deliver to the third floor at most. When the strong wind or typhoon signal No. 8 or above or the black rainstorm warning is effective, the delivery service will be suspended, and the store will contact the customer to reschedule the delivery time.


Article 8 (out of stock)

After payment, if the spot product is out of stock, the customer will be contacted directly. During the period, the customer can arrange a refund or change other products. If the supplier has not yet supplied the product within 90 days or the product has been determined to be out of production, the money will be refunded.


Article 9 (Festivals and busy days)

During festivals and peak seasons, there may be some delays in shipment of goods. If anything causes a delay in delivery, our company will not accept cancellation or change of orders, and no refund will be made.


Article 10 (Check the sending address)

After the order is submitted, the sending address cannot be changed. Please check the sending address clearly. If the address is wrong, the store will not be responsible for any loss.


Article 11 (shipment receipt)

The shipment will be delivered under normal and good conditions. Customers should check whether there is any damage or incompleteness before signing the shipment. If any problem is found, the customer can choose to reject the shipment and return it immediately. If after signing the shipment, it is found that the goods are damaged or incomplete, the store will not make any refund or exchange.


Article 12 (cannot be delivered)

During delivery, if the recipient or consignee is not at the delivery address listed in the order, the customer needs to bear the cost of re-delivery.


Article 13 (Abandoned Goods)

Rejected shipments must be rejected reasonably, and our store will not accept rejections for no reason. If it is rejected for no reason, it means that the customer gave up the goods on his own, and the store will not ship again and refund.


Article 14 (reasonable rejection)

Reasonably rejected shipments will be refunded or exchanged after our store collects them. If the batch of goods is needed, please place an order again.


Article 15 (specific time of receipt)

Customers can choose a specific delivery time, but we do not guarantee that they will be delivered within this time. If you must arrive within this time, please be sure to indicate or notify the shop when ordering the goods.


Article 16 (reservation product)

Ordered products will be arranged for delivery after the goods arrive in Hong Kong. The arrival date is only the estimated arrival date, and the exact date is subject to the actual situation.


Article 17 (Consolidated Delivery)

If the same order includes spot and pre-ordered products, they will be shipped together after the pre-ordered products arrive. Never ship separately. If you need to ship separately, please order separately.


Article 18 (out of stock, discontinued or out of print)

In the event that the supplier is out of stock, discontinued, or out of print, the store will refund the amount of the product, but will not compensate for the processing fees due to payment or refund, such as any processing fees levied by PayPal or banking institutions.


Article 19 (personal data)

The personal data collected by our shop (including: phone number, contact name, address) will only be used for the purpose of ordering products in our shop.


Article 20 (our store rights)

The shop reserves the right to change the above terms at any time without prior notice. The shop reserves the right to change the online shopping price at any time without prior notice.


Article 21 (Terms)

The understanding of all the above clauses shall be in Chinese and shall not include any oral or other written commitments.
